INCITY is a project from Minsk started in the end of spring 2009. Behind the name is a songwriter, musician and vocalist - Alex Thorn. The first EP “Rock in the City” is best described as rock music with pop/synth/electro elements, orchestral arrangements, and rich male & female vocals. Musically this EP includes elegant, powerful and magnetic melodies. Also this album presents two remixes (on "Your Velvet Heaven" and "2night on H!ghway" songs) and experimental bonus track "Waves of Electro" with D'n'B rhytms. The album's lyrics are inspired by a romantic, free and fast moving lifestyle.

In July 2010 Alex signed a contract for “Your Velvet Heaven” digital Single with german label Fanel Records/Kontor New Media(distribution). The INCITY's line-up is already formed and the band is preparing it's first music video for TV rotation. Now Alex writes new material before upcoming record session of the full-length album.
